StandStrong Tax Resolution
Effective Date: October 1, 2026

Welcome to the StandStrong Tax Resolution website. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and its content.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. About StandStrong Tax Resolution

StandStrong Tax Resolution (“StandStrong,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tax resolution services to individuals and businesses facing federal and state tax matters.

StandStrong may provide services through qualified tax professionals, including Enrolled Agents, and may work in conjunction with tax attorneys or other professionals when the circumstances of a matter warrant additional legal or professional assistance.

StandStrong Tax Resolution is not a law firm.

2. Informational Purposes Only

The information provided on this website is intended for general informational and educational purposes.

Nothing contained on this website constitutes individualized tax, legal, accounting, financial, or other professional advice.

Tax laws, IRS procedures, state tax laws, regulations, administrative practices, and individual circumstances vary and may change over time. Information presented on this website should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice concerning your particular circumstances.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding your specific tax or legal situation.

3. No Client Relationship Created by Website Use

Visiting this website, calling StandStrong, sending an email, completing a consultation form, or otherwise communicating with StandStrong does not by itself establish a professional-client relationship.

A client relationship is established only after StandStrong has evaluated the matter, agreed to provide services, and the applicable engagement requirements have been completed.

Until such a relationship has been established, StandStrong has no obligation to provide representation or take action concerning any tax deadline, IRS notice, collection action, appeal deadline, Tax Court deadline, or other matter.

4. Do Not Ignore IRS or Tax Deadlines

IRS and state tax notices may contain important deadlines.

Contacting StandStrong through this website does not suspend, extend, or satisfy any deadline imposed by the IRS, a state taxing authority, a court, or another governmental agency.

You remain responsible for protecting your rights and complying with applicable deadlines unless and until StandStrong expressly agrees to represent you concerning the relevant matter.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Every tax matter is different, and the outcome of a tax resolution case depends upon numerous factors, including the taxpayer's financial circumstances, tax history, compliance status, amount and type of tax liability, applicable law, and the decisions of the IRS or other taxing authorities.

StandStrong does not guarantee that any taxpayer will qualify for a particular resolution program or obtain any specific reduction, settlement, payment arrangement, collection relief, penalty abatement, or other result.

References on this website to programs such as Offers in Compromise, installment agreements, Currently Not Collectible status, penalty abatement, levy releases, or other resolution options do not mean that every taxpayer will qualify for those programs.

Past results, examples, testimonials, or descriptions of potential outcomes, if provided, do not guarantee similar results in another matter.

6. Offers in Compromise and Other IRS Programs

The availability of any IRS or state tax resolution program depends upon applicable eligibility requirements and the facts and circumstances of the taxpayer's case.

The IRS independently determines whether an Offer in Compromise or other requested resolution will be accepted.

StandStrong cannot require or guarantee that the IRS or another taxing authority will approve a particular resolution.

7. Enrolled Agents and Tax Attorneys

Enrolled Agents are federally authorized tax practitioners who may represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service within the scope permitted by federal law.

StandStrong may also work in conjunction with tax attorneys when legal representation or additional legal expertise is appropriate.

The availability of a tax attorney does not mean that every StandStrong client will receive attorney representation.

If an attorney becomes involved in a matter, the nature of that attorney's role and whether an attorney-client relationship exists will depend upon the circumstances and applicable engagement arrangements.

8. Accuracy of Website Information

StandStrong attempts to provide useful and accurate information. However, tax laws, IRS procedures, regulations, administrative policies, and other information can change.

We do not warrant that all website content is complete, current, accurate, or applicable to every situation.

StandStrong may modify, update, remove, or supplement website content at any time without notice.

9. Consultation Requests

Our website may allow visitors to request a consultation or provide information concerning a tax problem.

Submitting a consultation request does not obligate StandStrong to accept your matter.

StandStrong reserves the right to decline any prospective engagement for any lawful reason, including circumstances involving conflicts, professional limitations, capacity, the nature of the matter, or a determination that our services are not appropriate for the prospective client.

10. Information You Provide

You agree that information you provide through this website will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will not knowingly submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized information.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms unless StandStrong specifically instructs you to use an appropriate secure method.

Our collection and use of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Website Communications

Electronic communications are not guaranteed to be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
